At Wildride, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit for items returned within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • All returns and exchanges must be processed through our return portal to be accepted.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount.

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 10 business days.
