I can't adjust the strap of my carrierUpdated 12 days ago

We recently added an additional Safety Slider to the strap. It is not required to use this, you can safely use the carrier without it. This is not to shorten the strap. To put your strap on, you remove the strap from the Safety Slider. You can put the strap through the Safety Slider after you adjust the strap size if you want to use it. Below is a video of this.
