My address has been marked as incorrect, but it is correct. What can I do?Updated 9 months ago

If the tracking says that your address is incorrect, double check if there is information missing in the address (the doorcode for example). When the address isn't missing information, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. As long as the package is still in the destination country, there is still a change for us to report this to the transporter.
