The journey of an international shipmentUpdated 9 months ago

We are based and ship from the Netherlands and a international shipment has a long journey to go. Please note, we can't speed this up since the package needs to follow the process of an international shipment. You can find the journey step by step below.

1. When your package has left our warehouse, it will be transported to the sorting center in the Netherlands. The package will be sorted out and checked by customs. 

2. The package will be transported to the destination country.

3. Your package will be checked and released by customs.

4. The package will be transported to the local sorting center where it needs to be sorted out.

5. The courier will pick up your package and will deliver it soon.
