What to do when the order has been marked as delivered but you haven't received it?

If you have not received your order, please contact our customer care team with your order number within 5 business days after the order has been marked as delivered. They will ask you to fill in a form which we need to make an case of this at the transporter.

Why do I need to contact you within 5 business days after the order has been marked as delivered?

After 5 business days we can't make an case of this at the transporter since they are unable to investigate this after 5 business days and we cannot make any claim at them. 

What happens if I don't contact you within 5 business days?

If you don't contact us within 5 business days we can't make a claim at the transport anymore. This also means that we cannot send you a new package or book a refund.
