To which countries does Wildride deliver and what is the shipping time?

There are no new tracking updates, what can i do?

Of course, we understand that it is very unfortunate that there are no new updates or your parcel is delayed. The moment your parcel leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the carrier and we no longer have any influence on the delivery process. U

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

All orders placed before 2PM will be send out the same working day. If any information is missing or the address is incomplete, we will contact you as soon as possible. So when placing your order, please make sure you fill in all the necessary detail

With which transporter do you ship the orders?

We ship with PostNL Global. They outsource the delivery locally. You will receive an email from the local courier. If you have an question about your package, you can contact the local courier ❤️

There is an item missing from my order, what should i do?

I received a wrong item, what can I do?

Is it possible to send my order to a service point?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have your parcel sent to a service point. Once you have received the track & trace number, you can contact the delivery service to arrange delivery to a service point. We aren't able to do that.

We are based in the Netherlands and we ship from our warehouse in Heiloo 🇳🇱

Custom clearance costs

Does Wildride pay for the custom clearance costs?. Please note: Wildride does not cover custom clearance costs. Customers are responsible for covering these expenses themselves.

Do you offer express shipping?

We totally understand that you would like to receive the carrier as soon as possible. It's a lifesaver 😜 Currently we are not offering express shipping.

The tracking says my order has been delivered but i haven't received it, what can i do?

What to do when the order has been marked as delivered but you haven't received it?. If you have not received your order, please contact our customer care team with your order number within 5 business days after the order has been marked as delivered
