There are no new tracking updates, what can i do?Updated 10 months ago

Of course, we understand that it is very unfortunate that there are no new updates or your parcel is delayed. The moment your parcel leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the carrier and we no longer have any influence on the delivery process. Unfortunately, we cannot see more than the tracking information. Your best option is to contact PostNL Global. They can often see more information or give an indication of the delivery date. We unfortunately cannot. You can contact them via this link.

PostNL Global aims to deliver your parcel as soon as possible. Please note that they may take up to 28 days to deliver your parcel. After these 28 days you can contact us, before that we unfortunately cannot request an enquiry from PostNL Global.
